Hi, I’m Laura and I run 11+ Superstars alongside my husband, Rob. I’m a primary school teacher of 11 years with experience from the Early Years all the way up to Year 6. I work for a National English Hub and support primary school teachers in developing their teaching of phonics in primary schools across Devon, Somerset and Cornwall. I attended Torquay Girls’ Grammar School and wholeheartedly believe in the benefit in a grammar school education for children who thrive academically and want to be around like minded peers.

Hi, I’m Rob, I’m a senior teacher at a local primary school and have experience teaching from EYFS all the way to year 6. We work hard to make sure children learn lots and develop on their prior knowledge whilst having lots of fun in the process. My favourite part of our tutoring is delivering the Easter and Summer Masterclasses because it is so rewarding to see our Superstars putting into practise all the learning they’ve accumulated over the year and working collaboratively with their peers.

Meet Mel! She is the newest member of our Superstar Tutoring Team. Mel is an experienced KS2 teacher who is really enjoying supporting children in their work towards the 11+. She also brings a wealth of experience in supporting children who are working below the expected standard and those will SEND needs.
